Used Car Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Used Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automobile sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the used car market. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from inquiry to delivery, while ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, understand their vehicle needs, and recommend suitable preowned options
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of current used car inventory, specifications, features, and pricing
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Guide customers through the full sales process including test drives, negotiations, finance options, and documentation
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management
• Ensure proper vehicle display, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the showroom lot
• Coordinate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth post-sale delivery
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle transactions in the CRM system
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new arrivals in the used car segment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (preferably used/preowned cars)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Good knowledge of vehicle financing and documentation process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Management
• Previous experience in premium or multi-brand used car dealerships
• Familiarity with local RTO regulations and used car transfer process

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
