US Virtual Assistant (US-Based Clients)📍Onsite (Greater Noida West) | US Time Zone | Full-Time

About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our remote team supporting US-based clients.If you’re someone who enjoys engaging conversations, thrives in a marketing-driven environment, and is confident in cold calling and client outreach, this opportunity is for you.You’ll assist in managing lead generation, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless communication between teams and prospects — all while helping drive measurable business growth.What You’ll Do
  • Conduct cold calls to potential leads and clients, introducing our services and setting appointments.
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns including email, social media, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Research industries, target audiences, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and client data.
  • Coordinate content posting and scheduling on social media platforms.
  • Prepare marketing reports, outreach lists, and follow-up communication templates.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling client correspondence.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Marketing Assistant, Sales Support, or Virtual Assistant (preferably for US clients).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent spoken English and a confident phone presence.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Working knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Buffer).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work during US business hours.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience with B2B or B2C marketing in US markets.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead generation tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting.
