US Senior Recruiter

  • Project Engineer

  • Project Construction Coordinator

  • PM (Fire Alarm) Safety Director

  • AV Technicians & Engineers

  • Access Control & Physical Security Specialists

  • Smart Buildings/Smart Cities Project Managers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, screen, and recruit high-caliber professionals for roles in

    healthcare construction, low voltage, AV, access control, physical security, and smart building/smart city projects

    .
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and networking channels to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, including technical evaluations, salary negotiations, and cultural fit analysis.
  • Collaborate with project managers and hiring teams to understand specific role requirements and workforce needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and hiring regulations within the healthcare construction, low voltage, and security sectors.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and emerging talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience

    with a focus on

    healthcare construction, low voltage/structured cabling, AV, access control, physical security, and smart buildings/smart cities roles

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    construction project management, fire control systems, structured cabling, audiovisual systems, access control, and physical security technologies

    .
  • Expertise in

    recruiting Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, Schedulers, and Coordinators

    within the industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong pipelines of highly qualified candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
