We are hiring Position: US Team Lead/Delivery Lead /Delivery Manager Background : (IT/Engineering/automotive/Aerospace) Company : www.silverlinktechnologies.com Year of experience :5 to 10 Years Location -Pune,Mumbai,Vadodara & Bangalore(work from office only) Only relevant experience will be connected Roles & Responsibility : Handling a team of 3 to 8 recruiters Working experience for IT, Engineering,Automotive,Aerospace,Defense requirements. Expertise to work with SI Clients Good with US Tax terms. Interacting with client like daily bases. Keep a track of requirements distributed and get the output from the team on a timely basis. Have daily, weekly, monthly calls with the team to achieve given team targets Down the line also handle clients in term of account management & client interaction to achieve deadlines Validate profiles sent by team and forward to the client accordingly Follow ups with client in terms of interview schedules, selections and rejection (along with reason for rejection) & arrange backup profiles accordingly Excellent communication skills Strong Stability is highly preferred Ready to work in a pressure driven environment Email me - ranjana@silverlinktechnologies.com
