Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Tax Calling Executive located in Tiruppur. The US Tax Calling Executive will be responsible for engaging clients through phone calls to assist with tax-related inquiries and provide detailed information on tax processes. Tasks include answering client questions, updating client information, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and coordinating with the internal team to resolve complex issues. The role requires maintaining accurate records of client interactions and providing exceptional customer service.
