Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Staffing Lead located in Tirupati. The US Staffing Lead will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, sourcing suitable candidates, and collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing staffing strategies, maintaining candidate databases, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and sourcing candidates
• Ability to develop and implement staffing strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and database management skills
• Prior experience in a staffing or HR role is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with US hiring practices and regulations is a plus

·     Experience Required: 7–10 years in US Staffing (with minimum 3 years in a Lead role)

We are looking for a seasoned US Staffing Lead to spearhead our onsite operations in Tirupati.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both Bench Sales & Direct Recruitment with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring targets and quality standards are met.

·     Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, negotiating, and onboarding.

·     Drive bench sales and active recruitment with equal proficiency.

·     Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships to ensure a continuous pipeline.

·     Ensure compliance, proper documentation, and adherence to staffing best practices.

·     Motivate the team and ensure performance through structured guidance and support.

Requirements:

·     7–10 years of solid experience in US IT Staffing.

·     Minimum 3 years of proven Lead experience.

·     Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B transfers, GC, and US Citizen hiring.

·     Hands-on expertise in both Bench Sales & Direct Recruitment.

·     Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

·     Willingness to work onsite in Tirupati (5 days a week mandatory).
