Client management: Act as a primary contact for the offshore recruitment team and ensure that all the requirements are fulfilled. Need client working experience (AbbVie, John deere and Toyota). Take responsibility and ownership for the complete delivery. Responsible for submitting qualified candidate to the client portal-VMS/MSP. Attend spotlight calls and share the MOM with the group without fail. Have proper understanding of scorecard and SLAs (Service level agreement as per the client). Any rejection of resume on VMS/client should be reviewed and discuss the reasons with the team. Selling consultant as why he is a good fit for the positions which are above 30 USD/ hr pay rate. (Example: cover letter or in VMS writing why he is a good fit) Ensuing quality submission on every requirement or declining requirements where we know we cannot submit candidate with in SLA Clear understanding of requirements and build pipelines for future sourcing. On PO confirmation ensure that you coordinate with AMs so you know who will reach out to the consultant to confirm with him/her. Participate at TekWissen at Quarterly Business Reviews with the client i.e. score card meetings. Manage the ATS portal content for all the active head count with Start date, work location, Pay rate, bill rate, BCG requirements etc. VMS data and ATS data should match. Team management: Ensure that team members do not sit with less than 2 submissions on any given working day. Discover training needs and provide coaching to team members. Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Ensure that all assigned team-members have a solid understanding of client business objectives and plans in place to attain those objectives. Develop sourcing and screening strategies for core skillsets as per the client needs. Ensure team members have all the resources to perform the responsibility. (Example: Job boards, ATS, Job posting). Give feedback on what external resources we need to succeed. Other Responsibilities: Ensure that you are recruiting on the requirements actively on a daily basis with your team members to set an example that you are hands on. Should be able to balance the team and client efficiently Should be able to make the team learn and try new concepts Should be responsible in creating the market research data of the roles when client requests Need to track the competitors and the sources they are using to find talent and share those intelligence with the team. Any escalation please follow the hierarchy Try to getinternal reference from team members for internal hiring. Responding to emails should be on priority - 40 min response time from the time you have received any email. Delegate incase if you are OOO properly internally in the team, So there is smooth communication with the client and consultants. OOO update properly -whom to reach out with all the Group ids. Every data has to be fed in the ATS
