US Staffing Lead

As a US Staffing Lead at TekWissen Group in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in client management by acting as the primary contact for the offshore recruitment team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all client requirements are met, having client working experience with companies like AbbVie, John Deere, and Toyota, taking ownership of complete delivery, submitting qualified candidates to the client portal, attending spotlight calls and sharing the MOM with the group, understanding scorecards and SLAs, reviewing any resume rejections, building pipelines for future sourcing, and coordinating with Account Managers post PO confirmation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for team management, ensuring team members meet submission targets, identifying training needs, providing coaching, resolving conflicts, aligning team members with client business objectives, developing sourcing and screening strategies, and ensuring all necessary resources are available for the team to succeed. In addition to client and team management, you will have other responsibilities such as recruiting actively on a daily basis, maintaining a balance between team and client needs, fostering a culture of learning and innovation, creating market research data when requested by the client, tracking competitors and sharing intelligence with the team, escalating issues through the proper hierarchy, seeking internal references for hiring, maintaining a quick response time to emails, delegating tasks effectively when out of office, and ensuring all data is accurately entered into the ATS.
