US Staffing Account Manager(Capgemini Client)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the

  primary point of contact for Capgemini

  (US) and other key clients.
• Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle: onboarding, requirement intake, delivery coordination, and closure.
• Work closely with Capgeminis hiring managers, VMS/MSP teams, and internal delivery teams to ensure effective communication and timely submissions.
• Own account P&L, revenue forecasting, and margin improvement strategies.
• Build and manage strong relationships with client stakeholders at various levels.
• Guide and mentor the recruitment team to understand Capgemini-specific needs, processes, and tools.
• Track and analyze performance metrics like submittals, interviews, offers, and hires.
• Ensure adherence to client-specific SLAs, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive new business opportunities within the Capgemini account and expand service lines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience

  in

  US IT Staffing

  , with a minimum of

  3–4 years managing Capgemini (US) as a client

  .
• Deep understanding of Capgemini’s hiring process, VMS tools (e.g., Fieldglass/Beeline), and SLAs.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume requirements across multiple verticals (e.g., SAP, cloud, Java, data, infrastructure).
• Strong understanding of US work authorization types (W2, C2C, H1B, GC, USC, etc.) and compliance requirements.
• Excellent client engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Must be willing to work in

  US time zones

  (EST/PST).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with additional clients in similar enterprise categories (e.g., TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture).
• Strong network of consultants with Capgemini project experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
