Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets for SaaS/ERP solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new accounts, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, marketing) to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive IT landscape.
  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to junior team members to improve their skills and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in B2B software sales or related field (Saas Sales/ERP Sales).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly targets consistently over time.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle; knowledge of other SaaS platforms like HubSpot or Zoho is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply to non-technical stakeholders.
