Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Recruiter located in Noida. The US Recruiter will create and manage job postings, source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate the candidate onboarding process. They will also be responsible for maintaining candidate records and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Knowledge of creating and managing job postings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in recruiting for US markets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
