Job Description: As a US Recruiter at our Noida office, you will be responsible for creating and managing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating the candidate onboarding process. Your role will also involve maintaining candidate records and ensuring compliance with hiring policies to support our recruitment efforts effectively. To excel in this role, you should have experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, along with knowledge of creating and managing job postings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools will be key to managing the recruitment process efficiently. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is crucial for success in this role. Previous experience in recruiting for US markets would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to ensure a solid foundation for your recruitment responsibilities.
