As a US Recruiter located in Hyderabad, your role will involve sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communications. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process is key to success in this role.
