Role Description:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a US Recruiter located in Hyderabad.
• The US Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.
• Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communications.
• The US Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates using various platforms
• Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Profound understanding of recruitment strategies and processes
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the technology sector is a plus
