We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Recruiter to join our People team. As a US Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across the United States.
What to expect in your journey
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize Bullhorn, Insperity or Brightmove ATS/CRM effectively for job management, candidate tracking, and reporting.
• Source candidates using various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database. • Work on IT and/or Non-IT positions across multiple industries depending on client needs.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit through resume review and interviews.
• Collaborate with account managers and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in Bullhorn.
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and best practices, including familiarity with work authorizations (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring and future hiring needs.
What you bring to the table
• 4+ years of experience in US recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
• Hands-on experience with Bullhorn, Insperity or Brightmove ATS is a plus.
