Job Description

Independentlyreview, analyze, and abstract data from various contract types, including leaseadministration and due diligence projects.
Performquality checks and ensure consistency and accuracy in deliverables.
Assistwith client communications and act as a point of contact for clarifyingproject-specific questions.
Guideand support Associates and interns in their daily tasks.
Leveragecontract management platforms to suggest workflow improvements and maintaindetailed documentation.
Participatein process training and knowledge sharing within the team.

What you bring to the table

3-5 years of relevantexperience in Contract Management, LPO, or legal operations.
LLB is mandatory; LLMwould be an added advantage.
Strong understanding ofcontract lifecycle management, including contract abstraction, obligationmanagement, and database management.
Good knowledge of contractmanagement systems and tools.
