Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Second Shift (4pm to 1:30pm IST)

Experience: 2–3 years in outbound sales or international voice process

What You'll Do:

  • Generate High-Quality Leads:

    Make outbound calls to potential US-based clients to identify needs and generate qualified leads for our accounting and bookkeeping services.
  • Drive Conversions:

    Successfully convert leads into scheduled appointments or direct sales, showcasing the value of Iconix Accounting.
  • Become a Service Expert:

    Clearly and compellingly present our accounting and bookkeeping services, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Build Relationships:

    Nurture leads through consistent follow-up via phone, email, and CRM to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve & Exceed Targets:

    Consistently meet or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Maintain Data Integrity:

    Accurately document all client interactions and information within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with US/India team:

    Coordinate seamlessly with our US partner and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Contribute to Strategy:

    Provide valuable feedback on campaign performance and customer insights to continuously improve our sales strategy.


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Experience:

    Demonstrated success in US outbound calling, telesales, or international BPO environments. Experience in the accounting domain is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional English Communication:

    Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Sales Acumen:

    A confident, persuasive, and energetic personality with strong negotiation skills.
  • Tech Proficiency:

    Familiarity with CRM tools and calling software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Independent Work Ethic:

    Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Second Shift Readiness:

    Comfort working second shifts

    (4 pm to 1:30 pm IST)

    to overlap with US business hours.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Prior experience selling accounting/bookkeeping or SaaS services to US clients.
