Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT & Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for both technical (IT) and non-technical (Non-IT) roles across diverse industries in the US market.

This role involves working directly with clients, vendors, and candidates to ensure timely, high-quality hires that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients — from understanding job requirements to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (developers, analysts, engineers, project managers, etc.) and Non-IT roles (finance, HR, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, sales, admin, etc.).
  • Use job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic and video screenings to evaluate communication, experience, and technical/non-technical skills.
  • Negotiate compensation and US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate follow-ups through offer and onboarding.
  • Maintain daily/weekly submission trackers, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients.
  • Stay updated with US job market trends, immigration rules, and hiring patterns.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–5 years of hands-on experience in US staffing (IT and/or Non-IT).
  • Excellent understanding of US recruitment processes, work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT), and tax terms (W2/C2C/1099).
  • Experience sourcing from multiple job boards and using Boolean search techniques.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume requirements and meet daily submission targets.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, ATS tools, and CRM systems.
