Join Compunnel as a US Recruiter (BFSI/Professional Services) Location: Noida, India Shift Timing: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift) Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off) About Compunnel: Compunnel Inc. is a leading staffing and technology solutions provider working with Fortune 500 clients across the US. As we expand our recruitment capabilities in the BFSI and Professional Services space, we are looking for passionate recruiters to join our dynamic team. Position: US Recruiter BFSI / Professional Services Experience Required: 6 months to 3 years in US Staffing (BFSI/Professional Services domain preferred) Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles across Finance, Banking, Insurance, and Professional Services domains. Engage and coordinate with candidates and clients, including senior-level stakeholders like VPs and Directors. Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. Work across multiple roles such as Financial Analyst, Tax Consultant, Accountant, Auditor, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and more. Maintain candidate pipelines and keep track of hiring progress using ATS and job boards. Ensure timely submissions and quality hires in alignment with client needs. Ideal Candidate Should Have: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in US recruitment Experience working on roles in BFSI or Professional Services domain Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and handle complex job requirements Quick learning mindset and strong attention to detail Familiarity with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and sourcing tools Why Compunnel?
