US Non-IT Recruiter (Walkin)

Job Role: US Non-IT Recruiter Experience: 2–5 Years Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone) Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for non-IT roles (e.g., healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, finance, Construction etc.) across the US market. Work on various job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and attract top talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Manage the full recruitment cycle – from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain candidate records and update internal databases. Desired Skills: 2–3 years of proven experience in US staffing/recruitment for non-IT roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with US employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, etc.).
