US Non IT Recruiter

PLEASE NOTE:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US staffing practices and be willing to work night shifts to align with US time zones.

• The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter, with a focus on light industrial recruitment.
• Must have a proven track record of recruiting for roles in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or Mechanical domains.
• Strong experience utilizing job boards and hands-on expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates."
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Should be comfortable working with onsite, relocation, and shift-based requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment
• Proven knowledge of the recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
