Job Description

US Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist

You will work directly with US-based companies, tech leaders, staffing partners, and training buyers — creating strong pipelines through email, LinkedIn, outbound calls, and marketing campaigns.

This is a critical growth role with fast career acceleration for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation (Primary)

  • Build targeted prospect lists for the US market (Tech, SaaS, Mid-size Companies, IT Consulting, EdTech Buyers).
  • Generate qualified leads through:
    • Email outreach
    • LinkedIn outreach
    • Cold calling (US shifts)
    • CRM sequences
    • AI-based lead-gen tools
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the US sales team.
  • Conduct research on decision-makers: CTOs, QA Managers, HR Heads, L&D Teams, Founders.
  • Maintain lead quality, conversion rates, and weekly KPIs.

Marketing Support (Secondary)

  • Run small-scale outbound marketing campaigns for US audiences.
  • Create follow-up sequences using CRM & automation tools.
  • Work with marketing team to optimize funnels for US traffic.
  • Contribute to email marketing, content briefs, and ad targeting.
  • Track lead behavior and improve campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in

    B2B Lead Generation

    ,

    Inside Sales

    , or

    US Market Prospecting

    .
  • Excellent

    spoken and written English

    communication.
  • Strong understanding of US business culture + ability to work

    night shift (US timings)

  • Experience with:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Apollo / HubSpot / Zoho CRM
    • Email outreach tools (Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
  • Ability to meet weekly targets and generate predictable pipelines.
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify the right ICPs.
  • Confidence to speak with US prospects via calls & Zoom.

Good to Have

  • Experience in EdTech, IT Training, Staffing, SaaS, or QA/Testing industry.
  • Understanding of demand generation funnels.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools for list building & outreach.
  • Ability to create simple marketing content (email copy, LinkedIn posts).
