You should have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on international hiring for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Familiarity with IT software engineering, administration, skilled trades, and general labor sectors will be beneficial. Strong skills in candidate engagement, communication, and interpersonal interactions are essential. Proficiency in recruitment software and tools is required, along with fluency in English. A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Understanding the cultural and business nuances of the North American job market is crucial for success in this role. The position is full-time, based in the India office, and involves working the midnight shift.
