US IT Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities

1. Understanding Job Requirements

• Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Business Development Manager to understand client technical needs and job specifications.
• Analyze required skills, experience levels, and certifications for each position.

2. Sourcing Candidates

• Use multiple job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed to source suitable candidates.
• Identify passive candidates through social media, referrals, and professional networks.

3. Screening & Interviewing

• Review resumes and technical portfolios to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess communication, interest, and suitability.
• Coordinate technical rounds and discussions with the Business Development team and client hiring managers.

4. Managing the Delivery Process

• Schedule interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Maintain timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Support in negotiating offers, salary discussions, and onboarding.

5. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

• Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience from start to finish.
• Represent Judah Code Technologies and its clients positively, promoting brand credibility in the US market.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT technologies (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, SQL).
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with US candidates and clients.
• Ability to perform Boolean searches, LinkedIn sourcing, and web research effectively.
• Strong negotiation, convincing, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative and result-oriented approach to meet recruitment targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹13,500.00 per month
