Technical Recruiter – US Staffing (with Sales Focus)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Can be modified to Work From Home in future)
Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

ABC Technical Services, a sister company of Alan Barry Consultants (USA), is an engineering consultancy and recruitment partner bridging global teams. From Jaipur, our team supports US clients by providing cost-effective engineering and IT staffing solutions while maintaining world-class quality and seamless communication.

We’re now looking for a self-driven Technical Recruiter who not only understands US staffing but can also think like a sales partner — proactively building networks, databases, and opportunities while driving results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, submit, and place top IT candidates for US clients.
• Build and expand our candidate & client database, strengthening long-term hiring pipelines.
• Proactively reach out to vendors, clients, and partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Exercise autonomous decision-making — take ownership of recruitment and sales strategies with little to no instruction.
• Use JobDiva ATS and major job boards (DICE, Monster, etc.) for candidate management and submissions.
• Confidently negotiate visa categories & tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099, GC, Citizens).
• Maintain accurate reports of interviews and placements.
• Collaborate with the US-based team to align with client requirements and delivery expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a US IT Recruiter with exposure to client/vendor interaction.
• Strong knowledge of the US staffing market, visa classifications, and tax terms.
• Experience working with US clients / implementation partners.
• Track record of independent performance and target achievement.
• Excellent communication, sales orientation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in JobDiva ATS and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
