US IT Technical Recruiter

As a US IT Recruiter based in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for clients in the US. Your role will involve closely collaborating with Recruiting leads and hiring managers, working on strategic global hiring programs, and developing action plans to recruit the best talent for the organization. You will be tasked with procuring individuals for various IT requirements and utilizing niche platforms related to IT for candidate sourcing. Your responsibilities will also include conducting interviews, documenting the process, and providing reports as needed. Moreover, you will be expected to work harmoniously with other departments to support the company's growth objectives while staying updated on industry trends. To excel in this role, you must possess a profound understanding of hiring practices and US employment laws. Experience in building a talent pool for an IT department, familiarity with US work visas, and knowledge of US tax terms are crucial requirements. You should be adept at sourcing candidates, assessing their suitability, and demonstrating strong technical acumen. Being self-motivated and a team player is essential, along with analytical thinking to recommend the best-fit candidates for the organization. Effective communication skills, networking abilities, and proficiency in English are vital for successful collaboration and building an exemplary IT department. Additionally, comfort working in EST shifts and experience with recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders are preferred qualifications. This is a full-time position with a night shift or US shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the Coimbatore location.
