About the Role:

Financial Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  accounts receivable (AR),

  including client invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Oversee

  accounts payable (AP)

  and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Perform

  account and bank reconciliations

  to maintain accurate financial records.
• Process and manage

  payroll using Paychex

  for US-based employees/consultants.
• Maintain and update books of accounts using

  QuickBooks

  or similar accounting software.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expense tracking to ensure financial discipline.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with recruitment/account management teams to support contract-based financial processes.
• Provide support for audits and coordinate with US tax/accounting consultants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA Finance preferred).

• 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in accounting/financial management

  within US IT Staffing or a similar industry.
• Strong working knowledge of

  Reconciliation, AR, AP, QuickBooks, and Paychex payroll processing

  is mandatory.
• Familiarity with US payroll compliance (W2, C2C, 1099) and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Must have own laptop/desktop and a high-speed internet connection.

Work Schedule:

• Remote role based in India.
• Must be available during

  US business hours
