Shift: UK Time Zone (12.30 pm to 9.30 PM IST)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Sourcing Lead to head our sourcing team focused on US IT recruitment. If youre a sourcing wizard with excellent leadership skills, deep job board expertise, and strong Boolean logic experience come lead from the front!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of technical sourcers to meet aggressive hiring goals across various IT skill sets, such as Android, iPhone and React Native Mobile Development, AWS, Big Data, Data Science, M365, Cyber Security, and Azure

Create and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to different roles and client needs.

Leverage platforms like ZipRecruiter, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and TechFetch to build robust pipelines.

Use Boolean strings, X-ray searches, and other advanced sourcing tools to target passive candidates.

Work closely with Recruiters to ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.

Track performance metrics, improve sourcing productivity, and report on progress regularly.

Stay updated with market trends, tools, and sourcing best practices.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

8+ years of experience in US IT sourcing/recruitment, with at least 3 year in a lead/mentorship role.

Expert-level knowledge of job boards, Boolean logic, and sourcing methodologies.

Strong people management and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Willingness to work onsite in Mumbai during US EST time zone.
