Job Summary:

Responsibilities include:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles across various technologies such as software development, QA, DevOps, cloud, data, infrastructure, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements.
• Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, visa status, communication ability, and cultural fit.
• Handle employment types including W2, 1099, and C2C.
• Work with candidates on various visa types: H-1B, CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, L-1, TN, E-3, and Green Card processes.
• Ensure immigration compliance and coordinate documentation with HR and legal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate progress and feedback.
• Generate regular recruitment reports, pipeline dashboards, and hiring updates.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and US employment laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment (not bench sales).
• Deep understanding of IT technologies and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
• Proven experience in handling different employment models (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Strong knowledge of US immigration processes and work authorization types.
• Proficiency with major US job portals and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
