Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various IT positions, including software developers, network engineers, and system administrators. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate technical assessments or coding tests as required. Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain a talent pipeline for recurring roles and proactively engage passive candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback. Handle offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and documentation. Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.). Stay updated on tech hiring trends, job market dynamics, and relevant tools
