Job Description:

As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals in the US market. You will work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver the best talent in a timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
• Screen candidates through phone/video interviews to assess their technical skills, availability, and fit for client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and negotiate salaries/rates with candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of interviews and client feedback using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver appropriate talent.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with US work authorization types (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, TN, etc.).

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa types.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in using recruiting tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in US staffing/recruitment is a plus.
• Willingness to work in EST/Night Shifts.
