About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Source qualified IT professionals using various channels: job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Negotiate offers, rates, and employment terms with candidates.
• Maintain and update ATS/CRM with accurate candidate information and status.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for future requirements.
• Stay updated on current market trends, client requirements, and hot technologies.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly submission and placement targets.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment/staffing.
• Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and H1B hiring processes.
• Excellent sourcing skills using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other social media tools.
• Solid understanding of IT concepts, technical skills, and latest industry trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with VMS / direct client requirements is a plus.
