Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new direct clients and MSP/VMS accounts in the US IT staffing market
• Actively bring business and build a pipeline of new client accounts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and placement goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client hiring managers and procurement teams
• Deliver effective presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging business opportunities
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience in US IT staffing
• Proven success in bringing new clients and closing business in direct client or VMS/MSP models
• Deep understanding of US staffing industry dynamics and hiring practices
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
