US IT Recruiter – Fresher (Remote – Delhi/NCR)

Location:

Remote (Candidates must be based in Delhi/NCR)

About The Role

We are looking for

energetic and enthusiastic freshers

who are eager to start their career in

US IT Recruitment

. This is a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment process, work directly with the US market, and grow with a fast-paced team.

Full training will be provided

to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand the recruitment process for US-based IT positions.
Source and identify potential candidates from US job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms.
Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Work closely with senior recruiters to fulfill client requirements.
Understand different US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: Freshers welcome (0–6 months experience in recruitment or HR preferred).
Time Zone: Comfortable working in US EST/PST time zones (night shift).
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Basic computer and internet skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
Must be based in Delhi/NCR.
