Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each position and ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective. The US IT Recruiter will also maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
• Skills in IT Recruitment and overall Recruiting processes
• Expertise in identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
