US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals through various channels including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
Analyze job descriptions, identify key skills, and match candidate profiles accordingly.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; provide timely follow-ups and feedback.
Negotiate compensation rates and terms with candidates.
Maintain and update ATS/CRM systems with candidate records and activities.
Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
Stay updated on IT technologies and US immigration/work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, etc.).
Meet daily/weekly recruitment metrics and contribute to team hiring goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
In-depth knowledge of US staffing market and employment types (W2, 1099, C2C).
Familiarity with US time zones and ability to work in EST/CST/PST hours.
Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
