About the Role

Mid-to-Senior US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for

    US IT positions

    from sourcing and screening to negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, technical skillsets, and cultural fit.
  • Source candidates through

    AI-driven recruiting tools

    ,

    LinkedIn Recruiter

    , job boards, social media, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals across technologies (Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, etc.).
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technology hiring demands, and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

     3–6 years in

    US IT recruitment

     (strictly IT; non-IT experience will not be considered).
  • Client Experience:

     Hands-on experience working with

    MSP programs

     or

    Direct End Clients

    . (Experience only with implementation partners will not be considered.)
  • Technical Expertise:

     Strong understanding of IT skill sets and technologies across domains.
  • Sourcing Tools:

     Advanced proficiency in

    LinkedIn Recruiter

    ,

    AI recruiting tools

    ,

    ATS platforms

    , and other sourcing channels.
  • Communication:

     Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with US-based clients and candidates.
  • Work Hours:

     Comfortable working in

    US time zones

     as required.

  • Proven success in recruiting for large enterprise clients (Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Cisco, etc.).
  • Strong networking abilities and a results-driven approach.
