Work Type: OnsiteTiming: US TimingsRequirements:3-8 years of proven US IT recruitment experienceStrong knowledge of US tax terms and work authorizationsHands-on experience with ATS tools (JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar)Skilled in sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, vendor networks, and referralsStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle high-volume, fast-paced recruitment cyclesResponsibilities:Identify, source, and recruit qualified IT professionals across multiple technologies and domainsManage the full recruitment lifecyclesourcing, screening, interviewing, rate negotiation, offer closure, and onboardingWork extensively with US job boards (Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and vendor networks to build a strong candidate pipelineUtilize ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Ceipal, or equivalent to streamline recruitment processesApply advanced Boolean search techniques and keyword strategies to target both active and passive candidatesEnsure compliance with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization categories (GC, USC, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN)Develop and maintain strong vendor networks to meet urgent/niche client requirements
