US IT Recruiter ( Internal )

We are looking for a proactive and experienced US IT Internal Recruiter with 4+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for internal needs. This role demands a solid understanding of the US staffing industry, technical roles, visa classifications, and recruitment best practices. Key Responsibilities : Work closely with hiring managers to understand internal hiring needs and define job requirements. Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and internal databases. Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates technical qualifications, work status (H1B, GC, USC, etc), and cultural fit. Manage full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal reports regularly. Develop pipelines for future hiring needs and proactively engage passive candidates. Ensure a smooth candidate experience and act as a point of contact throughout the recruitment process. Stay up-to-date with US hiring trends, immigration laws, and IT market demands. Required Qualifications : bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred). Minimum 4 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment , specifically internal hiring. Strong knowledge of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc), and compliance. Proficiency with ATS, job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment aligned with US time zones.
