Role & responsibilities

US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates for various technical roles as per the client requirement.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent written and verbal communication with very strong accent and active listening skills.
Looking for an aggressive, quick learner, with a passion for continuous learning and performing with a high and rewarding career in recruitment.
Should exhibit excellent interpersonal relationship and client / Candidate engaging skills.
Responsible for Sourcing potential candidature based on the client job description.
Should be able to learn quick and start using the online platform tools (like dice, Monster & Naukri, etc) to identify potential resources.
Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities and role fit.
Willing to learn US tax terms & IT/software skills and technology terms.
Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills, which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter.
Willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
Well versed in outlook, google and Microsoft.
Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with new technology terms.
Willingness to adopt to the company work culture with a positive mind & with a passion to grow along with the organisation.
