We are currently seeking an experienced IT recruiter who specializes in recruiting for the US IT industry. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in screening, talent acquisition, interviewing, and employee onboarding. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in discovering untapped talent, driving organizational growth, and enabling individuals to develop successful careers in the IT field. As an IT technical recruiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruiting lifecycle, fostering relationships with prospective candidates, implementing IT headhunting strategies, and managing the IT talent hub. Additionally, you will be required to execute global hiring programs, design job descriptions, engage with potential candidates on social media platforms, and ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment. The successful candidate should have 2-5 years of experience as a US IT recruiter, with a strong background in W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire job orders with Direct Clients / MSP. Proficiency in technical expertise related to the IT sector, experience with HR IT recruiter software and job boards, self-driven attitude, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential requirements for this role. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in any IT stream or equivalent in IT recruiting, a strong understanding of the technical aspects of an IT recruiter role, and proficiency in English. The work hours for this role are in the EST timezone.
