Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Screening:
Actively source and identify qualified IT candidates through various channels, including job boards (Monster, LinkedIn), social media, and professional networks. Conduct thorough pre-screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, and suitability for C2C contracts.
Vendor and Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and consulting firms. Work closely with clients to understand their specific technical requirements and staffing needs.
Technical Acumen:
Understand and articulate various IT roles and technologies, including software development (Java, Python, .NET), cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), data science, and cybersecurity.
Negotiation:
Expertly negotiate C2C rates and contract terms with vendors and candidates to ensure a win-win for all parties.
Compliance:
Verify candidate work authorization and corporate documents to ensure all C2C engagements are compliant with US legal and tax requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on the C2C model.
Solid understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, Green Card, EAD, OPT) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
