Working closely with Account Managers and clients, you will be responsible for understanding requirements, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, and building strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in US staffing and recruitment, along with familiarity with tax terms such as W2, C2C, 1099, and work visas like H1B, GC, USC, etc. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
