We are seeking a skilled US IT\ Non IT Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top IT talent for clients across the United States. The role involves working with hiring managers to understand job requirements, utilizing various sourcing platforms (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn), and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US recruiting and experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. Prior experience in a staffing or consulting environment is preferred.
