PRIMUS is seeking dynamic and driven freshers to join our team as US IT Recruiters. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical professionals for contract and full-time positions with our US-based clients.
Schedule interviews and liaise between candidates and clients
Negotiate compensation and facilitate smooth on boardingKeep internal databases updated and organizedCollaborate with Account Managers and fellow recruiters to meet daily/weekly goals.
Willingness to work night shifts (US hours).
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Fast learner with a solid grasp of technical concepts.Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
