Position: US IT Recruiter - Fresher

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM IST to 3: 30 AM IST

Education: Bachelor's or MBA

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Work on our Direct Clients' Requirements
• Understanding client hiring needs/requirements in US IT Recruitment
• Sourcing high-quality candidates from ATS and Job Boards.
• Screen resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates by pre-vetting them and submitting them to onsite recruiters/managers.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies.
• Should possess excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to Work in Night Shift India hours (EST Time Zone 8 am-5 pm).
• Should be highly networked, target-driven, proactive, and a positive attitude team player.
• Should be a good team player.
• Should be able to drive his/her performance through metrics.
