US IT Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our team. Experience : 9 to 12 yrs as US IT Recruiter Role type: Individual Contributor Role (IC) No. Of Openings: 2 Office Timings: EST (6:30PM to 3:30 AM IST) Responsibilities: · Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions · Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications · Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience · Excellent vendor contacts to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates · Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media and referrals to identify potential candidates · Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal) Requirements: · Minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter · Hands-on experience with Corp-to-Corp requirements · Thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2,1099 & C2C · Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift US shift Application Question(s): Total years of experience ?
