About the Role

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for US-based clients.
• Source candidates using job boards such as

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter

  , and internal databases.
• Evaluate technical skills and experience to match job requirements.
• Screen candidates for

  visa status

  and ensure compliance with US hiring standards (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Communicate job details, negotiate compensation, and facilitate interviews with clients.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and long-term candidate relationships.
• Work closely with account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality hires.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 4 years

  of hands-on experience in

  US IT Recruitment / US Staffing

  .
• Strong working knowledge of

  US tax terms

  (W2, C2C, 1099) and

  work visas

  (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Proven experience sourcing candidates from industry-leading platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work

  US time zones

  (Night Shift).
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets across IT roles.
