The qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Biotech, Medical Device, Pharma, or Clinical Research. - Demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced environments focusing on quality hires. - Proficiency in using ATS platforms and various sourcing tools. - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. - Display a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.,
