Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs.
• Build and nurture relationships with healthcare candidates and clients.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide suitable candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate recruitment reports regularly.

Must Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience in recruiting Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using the

  Careerstaff Portal

  is a plus.
